The cleaning and laundry is your reasonability although we can arrange cleaning at 100 baht per time for full cleaning of the apartment, this does not include laundry.
There is a 24 hour security gate and security guards on patrol at all times, The Niran complex has 2 pools free to use, secure Parking, many shops on the ground floor including Café / Bars, launderette, massage salon’s, Barbers, Internet café’s etc etc.
There is a 7/11 just outside the main gates & is less than 10 minutes walk from Big C Extra ( used to be Carrefour) where there is just about everything, there are many food carts that tour the complex and quite a few bars along the road outside the complex.
We are offering this apartment for 400 baht per night, or 7,000 baht per month low season, 550 per night or 9,500 per month plus electric and water, electric is 6 baht per unit and water averages about 350 baht per month, we are offering 1,000 baht discount for a 3 month booking and 3,000 baht discount for a 6 month booking, all payable on checking in.

Thai law requires us to take a copy of your passport from the original passport, a copy from a copy cannot be accepted, booking in is arranged from Canterbury Tales main business in soi Chaiyapoon, a booking can only be secured with a deposit with PayPal via the website, or in person at the Bookshop.
A security deposit is required on checking in and returned on checking out less any electric & water use, also loss of keys, accidental damage, the deposit for up to one month is 1,500, more than one month to 3 months 5,000 baht.
