We are a family run Guesthouse of Pattaya and offer the personal touch many big hotels cannot provide at your service 24 hours a day, we do not have a bar although we serve Beers, we are more a Cafe/Bookshop so there is no noise night times from the Restaurant area to disturb the rooms above.

We offer one of the best all day full English Breakfasts in Pattaya at 90 baht includes 2 eggs, 2 bacon, sausage, beans, tomato, toast & marmalade, Tea/Coffee and orange juice, as well as our main meals menu, such as fish & chips, Chicken Schnitzel, etc, also a good Thai food menu which can be as spicy as you like or toned down to suit your tastes.

We will try our utmost to ensure that your stay with us will be as enjoyable as possible.

We can help you with many things while here such as trip / tour bookings, golf bookings, just about everything you need to know, so don’t hesitate to have a chat and make the most of your holiday, our local knowledge is a must for all, especially first timers

Deposit

Should you have to cancel for any reason, your deposit will still be valid for a full year from the date of deposit, 2 weeks notice is required.

Please bear in mind we often get booked up well in advance so please try to book your prefered room early if possible.
